BIOCELLA® does not replace or refund products which have been received and opened by the customer.
For products that arrived damaged we will offer you a replacement.
In the rare incident that the wrong product has been delivered, we will dispatch the correct product or if the original product is no longer required we will offer a full refund, upon receipt of the item delivered in error. In order for us to receive products back undamaged we recommend that you return them in the original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a refund where inadequate packaging has been used.
Before you return any product to us please contact our Returns Support Staff at email@example.com to receive a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number. Once you have been issued an MRA number, you may use to return the product. Any returns received without a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number will be unable to be processed. Returned items will need to be received by our customer service with in thirty (30) days of the order date to be eligible for a refund or replacement. BIOCELLA® does not provide prepaid shipping labels, and we recommend you utilize a method of shipment which allows for tracking of the package.
Please note that all refunds will exclude any and all original shipping and handling charges, as well as any costs incurred for return shipping. Any returns made after the thirty (30) day period are NOT eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be made to the original credit card used to purchase the returned product.
